Yes, we do. We continuously strive to maintain an extended stock of as many vehicles as possible and that’s the reason we serve thousands customers every year.
Why are your prices so low?
Because, we buy vehicles in bulk and compare the rates with market every week. It produces us higher turnover and let us lower the prices by sharing our margin with customers.
Do I need any appointment before the visit?
Yes you need to book an appointment before visiting us . We’ll be glad to assist you.
Are your prices negotiable?
All our prices are fixed and competitive and we are committed to keep them low. To offer you best price, our pricing team continuously monitor the industry, competitors’ prices, Glasses and CAP prices.
Can I reserve a vehicle online?
If you want to buy a vehicle, you first need to see and drive the car prior to making any financial commitment. Then, if you liked it and want to proceed, leave some holding deposit accordingly when you visit us.
Do you arrange vehicles for export?
No, we don’t, but you can freely do it yourself. We’ll be glad to assist you with documentation. For info speak to our team.
How can I lodge complain?
We always welcome your feedback and wish to further improve our services. We’ll be happy to hear from you if you are not satisfied with our services. Primarily, you can share your feedback with the relevant staff as they may be best source to fix things up. Or alternatively, if you still feel unsatisfied, contact us on the number, email or mail address mentioned on our website.
Are your vehicles HPI checked?
Yes, all our vehicles are HPI checked and have no outstanding, and have not been written off or stolen.
Do you allow to test drive the vehicle before buying?
Yes, we do with no obligation to buy, but with a valid driving license.
Have your vehicles been checked?
Yes, all our vehicles are thoroughly checked and each one of them has passed mechanical, safety and quality control checks. For further satisfactions, you can also pre book a paid independent inspection.
Do your vehicles have road tax?

How can I reserve a Vehicle?
To reserve a vehicle, come and visit us and pay the required non-refundable deposit, We’ll then reserve the vehicle in your name for 3 days.
Why the holding deposit is non-refundable?
It is because we remove the reserved car from sale a prevent it from other customers to buy. Your deposit will only be refunded if your request for car finance is rejected by London Cars and Vans.
Can I take away my car on the same day?
Yes, you can. Please bring the following documents with you:
Personal UK/EU driving licence
EU Passport if you have EU driving licence
Two proofs of your address within the last 90 days, e.g. council tax statements, bank statement or other utility bills.
Remember! We do not accept mobile phone bills. Be aware of the applicable same day drive away timings and circumstances. Allow 2 hours from the time of placing a deposit.
How much fuel will be in my car?
For health and safety purpose, we do not keep the fuel tanks full. But still, there will be enough fuel in your car to get to a local fuel station.
Does the car have an MOT?
Yes, the car does have MOT which lasts for minimum of 60 days. You can check it on car details page.
How can I pay for my vehicle?
You can use any of the following methods to pay for the purchased vehicle:
UK debit card
Bank draft payable to London Cars and Vans.
